- Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Engineering diploma in concern discipline with 60% marks and two years relevant experience for the post of Foreman and for the post of Superintandant candidates should have Bachelors Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/ Indutrial Relations with minimum 55% marks and two years relevant experience.
