Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                              

• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Multi Purpose Health Worker Grade- III (Male, Female) should have Class X passed from recognized Board with MPHW (Male/ Female) training course from recognized institute.
• For the post of Medical Record Technical Grade-III Class X passed from recognized Board with Certificate course in Medical Records Technician.
• For the post of Dental Asst. Grade-III Class X passed from recognized Board with Diploma in Dental Assistant or should have undergone MPHW (male/Female) training conducted by the department or any Nursing Council.
• Age Limit :The upper age should be below 30 years as on 31-10-2012
• Age Relaxation:The upper age relaxation for the SC/ST/MBC/OBC will be as per the notification no: 197/GEN/DOP.
