• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of System and Network Administrator should have MCA/ B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc. (Informatics) or equivalent in Computer in Science or related discipline.
• For the post of Technical Assistant (IT) Graduate with sound knowledge of Computer Handling, network, PC hardware & Software maintenance. 
• For the post of Technical Assistant (Mechanical & Electrical) Graduate with Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Age Limit :The upper age should be below 45 years for System and Network Administrator post.
