Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Manager (R&D) should have B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical) with PhD/ M.E. / M.Tech (Chemical). For the post of Manager (R&D) Full time B.E./B.Tech in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Mining/ Mineral/ Civil with 2 years (full time) Post graduate Degree in relevant disciplines.
- For the post of Manager (Maint.-Mech/ Elect.) Full-time engineering degree i.e. B.E. / B.Tech. and B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical discipline. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualifications.
- Age Limit :The upper age should have 45 years for Sr. Manager (R&D/Finance) Posts, and 40 years for Manager (Medical/Maint.-Mech/Elect./Materials) Posts and for remaining posts candidates should asked to refer the notification.
- Age Relaxation :The upper age Reservation/Concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ XSM & PWD categories would be made as per Government Directives.
