Recruitment and Assessment Center (DRDO) invites the applications for recruitment of Scientists. DRDO is going to fill up 07 vacancies through this notification.

Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                              

• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Scientists G in Mechanical Engineering stream need to have at least first class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.In Electrical/ Electronics Engineering stream candidates need to have at least First class Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• For the post of Scientists E candidates need to have at least First class Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Arch/Marine/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• For the post of Scientists D in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering stream candidates must have at least First class Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engg./Electronics & Instrumentation Engg from a recognized University or equivalent.In Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering stream candidates need to have at least First class Master’s degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engg. from a recognized University or equivalent.For remaining all other posts candidates are requested to refer to the original notification.
• Age Limit :The Upper age limit is 35 years for the post of Scientist C, 45 years for Scientist D and E, 50 years for Scientists G.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for PH candidates, 5 years for Central Govt employees as per rules and Age is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen including Ex SSC officers as per rules in vogue.
