Andhra Pradesh Forest Department invites applications for recruitment of FSO/FBO/ABO/Thanadar/PW/BW . AP Forest Department is going to fill up 335 posts through this job notification

Indian Nationals with the domicile of Andhra Pradesh can apply before 23rd April 2012 by sending an application form along with other required qualification documents.

14 posts are available for Draughtsman grade II, 5 vacancies are for Forest Section Officer ( FSO ), 140 posts are for Forest Beat Officer ( FBO ), 154 are for Assistant Beat Officer ( ABO ), 2 posts are for Plantation Watcher, 19 are for Bungalow Watcher and 15 vacancies are for the post of Thanadar.
Pay scale: Draughtsman grade II will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.9460-27700/-, while FSO will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.10020-29200/-, FBO will get Rs.7960-23650/-, ABO will get Rs.7520-22430/-, Thanadar will get Rs.7100-21250/-, Bungalow watcher and Plantation watcher will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.6700-20110/-.
Age limit: For the post of draughtsman, candidates age should be between 18-36 years and age limit should be between 18-30 years for rest of the posts.
Qualification: Candidates with ITI certificate in teh trade of draughtsman can apply for the post of Draughtsman grade II. Graduation in the relevant discipline is essential for the post of FSO. Candidates applying for FBO should have passed intermediate examination. While for the post of ABO, candidates should have passed at least 10th class.

Selection will be through written examination which will be divided in three papers i.e. Paper I, Paper II and Paper III. Paper I for draughtsman will of examination in draughtsman trade and Paper I for rest of the posts will contain essay writing English/ Telgu/ Urdu. Paper II will contain questions based on general knowledge and Paper III will be for general mathematics.
