- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of General Manager/ Dy. General Manager (Production) should have M. Pharm or B. Pharm (1st Class) or B.E. (Chemical) or M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) with MBA (Production).
- For the post of Chief Manager/ Manager/ Dy. Manager (Purchase/ Store) Bachelor or Master Degree in Science with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management.
- For the post of Works Manager/ Project Manager B.Pharm/ B.Sc. (Hons.) B.E. with MBA (Production)/ B.E. from AICTE approved institution. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualification.
- Age Limit :The upper age should be below 50 years for General Manager, Chief Manager, and Works Manager. 40 years for Area Sales Manager. Please refer the notification for the other posts age limit.
- Age Relaxation:The upper age is relaxed by 5 years for the SC/ST and for the other reserved candidates as per the Govt. rules.
