For the post of Chief Manager CA/ ICWA/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant disciplines.
- For the post of Senior Manager Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 55% marks. Please refer the advertisement for the other posts qualifications.
- Age Limit :The upper age should be 52 years for Dy. General Manager Post, 48 years for Chief Manager Post, 45 years for Senior Manager Post, 40 years for Manager Post, 35 years for Deputy Manager Post, 32 years for Senior Officer Post and 30 years for Senior Engineer post as on 01-11-2012.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age is relaxable by 3 years in case of OBC. Up to 05 years in case of SC/ST. 05 years for PWD.
