Border Security Force invites applications for recruitment of constable (GD). BSF is going to fill up 706 posts through this job notification.

Interested and eligible candidates who are citizens of India can grab this chance by applying in a prescribed format. Candidates has to submit application form personally on 26th March 2012 and 28th March 2012. Selection of the candidates will be based on three phases. First phase is of Objective type and Conventional type. Second phase is of Documentation, Physical Measurement and PET. Third phase is of Interview and Medical Examination.

Total 706 vacancies are for the post of Constables on general duty. Out of these, 698 posts are for male candidates and rest 8 posts are for female candidates. All these vacancies are of normal and Militancy/ Naxal affected areas and for Border Districts.
Age limit: Candidates age should be more than 18 years and even should be less than 23 years.
Qualification: Certificate of 10th pass is the minimum qualification required.
Pay scale: Selected candidates will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with GP Rs.2000/-.

Candidates has to submit application form personally and application form should be attached with other documents like Demand Draft, attested copies of caste certificate, domicile certificate.
