• Educational Qualification : Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Senior Resource Person should possess PG in Social sciences and should have experience of working in Panchayat Raj Institutions in Govt departments, conducting field studies, data analysis and report writing. For the post of Junior Research Associate should possess PG Degree in Social Sciences and should have knowledge and experience in functioning of PRIs either in research or Academic Institutions or in the Non Government Organization sector in concern district.
