Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the posts of Project Scientist B, C, D under various departments should have Post Graduation with First class in relevant fields. Research Fellows should be NET qualified or has a valid GATE score. PhD in the relevant field is desirable. Non-NET candidates will be considered as Project Assistants. Technical Assts. should pass at least Matriculation. Field Assts. should possess at least 8th Standard.
- Age Limit :The upper age should be below 35 years for the posts Project Scientist B, Technical Assts. 40 years for the Project Scientist C. 45 years for the Project Scientist D and 50 years for Field Assts. as on 01-08-2012.
- Age Relaxation:The upper age is relaxable by 3 years in case of OBC. Up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/ Females.
