- Educational Qualification : Candidates willing to apply for the post of Staff Nurse must have passed the G.N.M from a Govt Medical College/INC approved institution and should have registered his/her name in the local employment exchange and have registration certificate from the Odisha Nursing Council. For Jr. Laboratory Technician candidates should possess Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician from any Govt Medical college or AICTE approved Institution and should have registered his/her name in local employment exchange.
