• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager must possess full time degree of MHRM/ MBA (HR)/ MA (PMIR)/MBA (Marketing). For the post of Global Sales Manager MBA (Marketing).
• For the post of Vice President full time degree of MA (PMIR)/ MBA (HR)/ MSW/ MHRM/B.Tech/B.E. For all other posts educational qualification candidates are requested to refer to the original notification.
• Age Limit: The upper age must be below 45 years for Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager, Regional Manager, Quality Assurance Dept. in Head. Below 40 years for Global Sales Manager. Below 50 years for the other depts. in Head and below 55 years for Vice President as on 01/08/2012.
