Indira Ghandi National Open University invites applications for recruitment of  Non-Academic vacancies. IGNOU is going to fill up 214 posts through this job notification

IGNOU has published an advertisement no. 48/2012 in its official website for the recruitment of various posts under special recruitment drive for SC/ ST/ OBC and PWD. Only Indian Nationals with the required qualifications can apply and that too latest by 20th April 2012. Mode of application is both online and offline.

Under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with appropriate grade pay, 9 vacancies are for Assistant Registrar, 2 posts are for Camera Person – EMPC.Under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- with relevant grade pay,1 post is for Translator, 19 are for Assistant Executive/ Data Entry Operator, 1 is for Production Assistant. Under the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/-, 5 vacancies are for the post of Technician, 8 are for Semi Professional Assistant in Library, 10 posts are for Proof Reader, 57 posts are for Stenographer, 101 posts are available for Junior Assistant or Typist, 1 post is for Lab Attendant.

Selection will made by seeing the performance of candidates in written examination, skill test/ interview.
