Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur invites applications for recruitment of Non Academic Posts. IIT Kanpur is going to fill up 14 posts through this job notification.

IIT, Kanpur is looking for candidates having best qualification and experience as mentioned in the advertisement no.1/2012 published in its official website. Only Indian Nationals are eligible and can apply before 23rd April 2012 by sending an application form in a prescribed format. All the following vacancies are for the contract period of 5 years and comes under Administration and Technical cadre.

Group ‘A’ Under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- along with Rs.5400/- as grade pay,
1 post is for Assistant physical Education Officer, 1 is for Medical Officer, 1 post is for Security Officer and 2 vacancies are for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer. For all these positions, candidates age should be below 50 years.
Group ‘B’ under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4200/-,
4 vacancies are for Assistant Security Officer, 1 post is for Physical Training Instructor and 4 posts are for Junior Superintendent. Candidates should be above 25 years and even should be below 40 years of age.
Group ‘C’ posts under the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- along with grade pay of Rs.2000/-,
2 posts are for Pre-Primary Teachers for the subject of Sports and Music, 5 are for Assistant Coach, 14 are for Junior Assistant and 36 posts are for Driver Grade II.
