• Educational Qualification : Candidates who are Retired Executives in Scale VI and Scale V with 5 years experience in the area of Technology Management are eligible as an Officer on Special Duty in Information Technology area and Candidates who are Retired Officers in Scale IV and III with 5 years experience in Recovery are eligible as an Officer on Special Duty in Recovery Management area.
