• Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess MSW/ M.Com/M.Sc/ M.A in Rural Development/ Psychology/ B.Sc in agriculture & Allied Subjects with 3-5 years teaching experience and should be fluent in both written and spoken English and local language and have proficiency in MS Office internet and email for Faculty post. For the post of Office Assistant candidates should possess BSW/ B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc with 2-3 years experience in accounting and Banking and have Computer Knowledge.
• Age Limit : Should be below 65 years of age for both posts with sound health.
