Indian Council of Medical Research invites applications for recruitment of Research Scientist. ICMR is going to fill up 2 posts through this job notification.Interested candidates can come for an interview on 7th May 2012 between 9.00 AM to 10.30 AM.

2 posts are vacant for Research Scientist, 1 post is for Research Associate and 2 posts are for Senior Research Fellow.
Salary: Research Scientist will get salary of Rs.41396/- per month, while Research Associate will get salary of Rs.23000/- per month and Senior Research Fellow will get Rs.18000/- per month as salary.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying for the post of Research Scientist should not be more than 45 years of age and should posses Ph.D degree in Chemistry/ Botany/ Pharmacy along with minimum 3 years of experience. For the post of Research Associate, candidates should posses degree of M.D/ Ph.D in Pharmacology/ Chemistry/ Botany along with experience in working on medicinal plants/ natural products and also should not be more than 40 years of age. Degree of M.Sc in Botany/ Chemistry/ Medicinal Plants along with 2 years of experience and maximum 35 years of age is required for the post of Senior Research Fellow.
