Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology invites applications for recruitment of various vacancies. IITM is going to fill up 20 posts through this job notification.

3 posts are for Scientist ‘E’, 13 vacancies are for Scientist ‘D’, 4 posts are for Scientist ‘C’.
Pay scale: Scientist E is under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- with GP Rs.8700/- and Scientist D and C are under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.7600 and Rs.6600/- respectively.
Age limit: Candidates applying for the post of Scientist E or D should be less than 50 years of age and maximum 40 years of age is required for the post of Scientist C.
Qualification: Masters degree in the relevant field is required for all the positions.
