Indian Overseas Bank invites online applications for recruitment of Probationary Officer. Indian Overseas Bank is going to fill up 1500 posts through this job notification.

Only Indian Nationals can apply and that too between 30th March 2012 till 19th April 2012. Candidates can apply online only and applications send through any other means will not be accepted. The following posts is on contract basis for a probation period of 2 years.

1500 vacancies are for the post of Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
Eligibility: Candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in September/ November 2011 and obtained a valid IBPS CWE-PO/ MT – 2011 score card can only apply for this post. Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks along with diploma in Banking & Finance from an Indian Institute of Banking and Finance is essential. Candidates should also be proficient in computer applications. Candidates age should be be above 21 years and should be below 30 years.

Selection will be through interview and marks obtained in CWE conducted by IBPS. Selected candidates will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.14500-25700/-. Placement will be in anywhere in India.
