• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Port Officer should have A foreign going Masters Certificate granted by the Government of India or its equivalent.
• For the post Assistant Information Officer B.A, B.Sc, or B.Com Degree of any recognised University. For the post of Animal Nutrition M.V.Sc in Animal Nutrition or B.V.Sc from a recognised university. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualifications.
• Age Limit :The upper age should be below 49 years for Port Officer. 44 years for Assistant Information Officer. 37 years for the Animal Nutrition Officer.
• Age Relaxation :The upper age is relaxed for the reserved candidates as per the rules of govt.
