Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Engineer ( Civil) need to have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with First Class or 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognized Institution / University.
- For the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with First Class or 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognized Institution/ University.
- For the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Structural) candidates must have ME/M Tech in Structures with first class or 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognized Institution/ University.
- Age Limit :Candidates age must be between 21 to 30 years for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil /Electrical). 25 to 35 years for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Structural) as on 01-12-2012.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for PH General , 10 years for PH ST/ST candidates, 8 years for PH OBC candidates, 5 years for Confirmed LIC employees and for ECO SSRCO the age relaxation extent of service put in the defense service as increased by three years.
