Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of General Manager (Legal) should have Bachelor of Law Degree (3 / 5 years) from a recognized university and should be enrolled as an advocate with any state Bar Council in India.
- For the posts of Chief General Manager (HR), Deputy Manager (HR) Degree in any discipline and post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Business Administration/ Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare.
- For the post of Hindi Officer Any degree with English as a subject and Post Graduate Degree in Hindi, both from a recognised university. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualifications.
- Age Limit :The upper age should be below 31 years for the Junior Engineer Grade – II (Mining). 52 years for the Dy. General Superintendent as on 01/10/2012. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualifications.
- Age Relaxation:The upper age is relaxable by 3 years in case of OBC. Up to 5 years in case of SC/ST. 10 years for PWD.
