- Last Date for Junior Town Planner application submission : 15-Mar-2013.
- Last Date for Assistant Town Planner application submission : 28-Feb-2013.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess Degree in regional/ Town planning from recognized university and at least three years experience in a planning or Architectural Office for the post of Assistant Town planner. And candidates should have Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Degree in Regional / Town planning with two years experience in Town planning Office in layouts, planning surveys, cost estimate for Junior Town Planner. - Age Limit :Should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 32 years of age as on 01-01-2013 for Junior Town Planner post and not more than 35 years of age and not less than 21 years of age as on 01-01-2012 for Assistant Town Planner.
- Age Relaxation:SC/ST/ SEBC/ Women/ Eligible Ex-serviceman – 5 years, Physically Handicapped whose disability not less than 40% – 10 years, Odessa state Govt service – 10 years for both posts.
