• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the posts of Assistant Labour Officer and Rural Labour Officer should have the qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or Diploma in Industrial relations and Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/ Labour Laws/ MBA (with HRD)/ Human Resource Management from a recognized university and must have passed HSC with Odia as one of the subjects.
• Age Limit :The age should be less than 32 years as on 01/01/2012.
• Age Relaxation:The upper age limit is given up to 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates and up to 10 years for the PWD.
