Osmania University invites applications for recruitment of Faculty Vacancies. Osmania University is going to fill up 14 posts through this job notification.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply by sending an application form in a prescribed format latest by 27th April 2012. Detail of vacancies are given below.

Total 14 posts are available for Assistant Professors in different departments. All these vacancies are divided in 3 groups. Discipline of Social Work is under Group-I. Environmental Science, Forensic Science and Biotechnology comes under Group-II. MCA comes under Group-III.
Eligibility: Candidates should posses masters degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks. Along with this, candidates must have cleared National Eligibility Test ( NET ) conducted by UGC. But for MCA, candidates should posses degree of BE/ B,Tech and ME/ M.Tech in the relevant branch.
Selection will be based on the performance of candidates in interview. Selected candidates will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.6000/- per month.
