• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the posts of General Manager-IT, Asst. General Manager- IT should have Degree in Computer science or Information Technology/ in Computer Applications/ B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.
• For the posts of Assistant General Manager- Risk Management, Chief Manager- Risk Management Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB / or MBA/ or CFA (with specialization in risk management) or/ CA (with qualification in risk management). 
• Age Limit :The upper age should have minimum 50 years and maximum 55 years for General Manager (IT) Post. Below 45 years for Asst. General Manager Posts and below 40 years for Chief Manager Posts.
