• Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from recognized Institute or equivalent qualification for male nurse with three years experience as Sister Grade-I in a large Hospital or Medical College/ Institute for the post of Assistant Nursing Superintendent. Candidates applying for the post of Sister Grade-I should have Diploma in General Nursing &Midwifery from recognized Institute or equivalent qualification for male nurse or B.Sc Nursing with five years experience as Sister Grade-II.
