•  Educational Qualification: For the post of Faculty candidates should have MSW/ M.Com/ M.Sc/ MA in Rural Development or Sociology or Psychology/ B.Sc/ BA woth B.Ed with 3-5 years relevant experience and for the post of Office Assistant candidates should have BSW/ BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc and fluency in both written and spoken English and Malayalam language.
