Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Law Officer must possess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB).For the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari candidates need to have a post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR a post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree level.
- Age Limit : Candidates applying for the post of Law Officer Post must be of age between 21 to 40 years & those applying for the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari must be of age between 20 to 35 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-12-2011.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates, 5 years for persons domiciled in j&K, 5 years for in the case of Ex-service commissioned Officers, including ECO’s /SSCO’s, who have rendered at least 5 years military service and 5 years for persons affected by 1984 riots.
