• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Labour Officer need to have A Degree of M.L.M awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai or A Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Social Science or Labour Relations or Social Welfare.
• Candidates applying for the post of Chemist  should have A First or Second Class Degree in M.Sc., in  Chemistry/ Chemical Technology/ Industrial Chemistry/ Associate ship Diploma of the Institution of Chemist (India) obtained by Examination.
• Age Limit :The age should be less than 30 years as on 01-07-2012.
