• Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation and an Associate Member of the Institute of Comapny Secretaries of India (ICSI) with five years relevant experience for the  post of Officer (Secretarial) and for the post of Manager (Marketing) candidates should havefull time Engineering degree with first class Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing Management or MBA with first class or Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with PG Diploma in Marketing Management with 15 years relevant experience.
