• Educational Qualification: For the post of General Manager Candidates should possess Post Graduate degree/ two year PG Diploma in HR, Social Work from a National Reputed Institute with 10 years experience and should have strong Ccommunication and documentation skills in English. And for the post of Assistant Project Manager – State candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma like MBA, MSW with Good Documentation Skills in English with two years experience.
