• Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess first class degree from a University recognized by Government/ KPSC Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India CA/ ICWA Intermediate pass desirable. Five years post qualification experience as Company Secretary after obtaining Associate Membership for Company Secretory. And for the post of Assistant Manager candidates should possess B.Tech in Agriculture / Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from recognized University with minimum 60% marks with MBA specialized in Marketing with relevant experience.
