•  Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee (HR) should possess two year full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ HR Management or 02 years full time MBA(HRM)from recognized University with minimum 60% marks. And for the post of Assistant (HR) Grade I candidates should possess BBA/ BCA/ BA (Personnel Management) with minimum 55% marks from  recognized University with 2 years experience in related field.
